Ingredients
  • 200 g French bean cut into 6cm length
  • 1/4 Green capsicum shred into 6cm x 0.5cm
  • 1/4 Red capsicum shred into 6cm x 0.5cm
  • 50 g Onion shred into 6cm x 0.5cm
  • few pieces Black fungus soaked with water
  • 3 Small hot green chilli chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed and chopped
  • 150ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Blanch the fine bean for 15 seconds.
  2. Heat up oil and stir-fry the garlic and chillies at low heat until fragrant and aromatic.
  3. Add other ingredients and stir-fry at high heat for 45 seconds.
  4. Add in water and seasoning.
  5. Bring it to boil and thicken with corn starch.
  6. Toss for a few seconds and serve.
