Since the start in 2008, the Legacy of Taste Restaurant Awards has been committed to educating UK consumers about China, and Chinese food beyond just Cantonese and Sichuan.
On March 10th, at The Legacy of Taste Awards we were very pleased to present our highest award, the Tier 3 Pagoda, to a restaurant that wholeheartedly shares this mission.
A.Wong, located in Victoria, London, has grown into a favourite amongst many of the best chefs in the world. It has continually developed and maintained one of the very best Chinese dining experiences and provides an incredible spectrum of dishes from all over China. The restaurant is owned and ran by chef and author Andrew Wong.
